This rope style cleat is used for internal halyard flagpoles. The mounted version is secured onto a 1-1/2 in. by 3-3/8 in. aluminum block with two #10-32NC stainless steel pan head screws (distance between bolt center 2-15/16 in.) and the un-mounted cleat (distance between bolt center 2 in.). Both versions are supplied with two #10 stainless steel mounting screws. Recommended maximum rope diameter is 5/16 in.
