Each 4 x 6 ft. U.S. Coast Guard Rear Admiral flag (lower half) 1 star, is printed on 100% nylon with two rows of stitching on the top and bottom, four rows on the fly end and finished with a canvas header and brass grommets. It is made in the U.S.A. to U.S. Government Design Specifications.
